Apparel
Our apparel is produced and fulfilled by Printful on an on-demand basis, which means that we don't keep an inventory on hand. Because we are working with a fulfillment partner, apparel items have their own return policy.
Flawed product or wrong product received
If you're unhappy with your garment because it is flawed, damaged, or misprinted, or simply the incorrect item, let us know! Send us a few good quality images within 15 business days and we will get a replacement shipped to you ASAP.
Garment doesn't fit as expected
Mistakes happen! If you ordered a garment that is the wrong size, please contact us for the return shipping address. You will need to pay the return shipping fee, and once the garment is received in like-new condition, we will gladly issue a refund. You can then re-order your garment in a different size or style.
Stationery, stickers, buttons, tote bags, and magnets
Order errors
If we messed up and sent the wrong item, let us know! We'll quickly ship out the correct item at no additional cost to you.
Returns and exchanges
For returns and exchanges, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. We will either issue the refund or ship a replacement upon receipt of the item in good condition.
When shipping returns to us, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Limited edition items
Purchases of original, limited edition items such as numbered and signed screen prints or ornaments are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. These items are made by hand in small quantities and may not have a replacement available. Of course, if we accidentally sent the incorrect item, we will replace or refund!
Refund policies
When your refund will be processed, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
